'; How to see what services are connected to ElastiCache redis? (console) - LavOzs.Com

How can I see if a RDS in a region or an ec2 instance is using and is configured to use ElastiCache redis? Port 6379 or redis can't be found with netstat on ec2 instances. And RDS is automated by AWS. Is there a way to view in the console or if I can do some test to prove redis is working? I do have terraform files for the entire infrastructure but they are not saying much.
