'; Is there a way to open these WebStorm .css files with a different text editor? - LavOzs.Com

I no longer have a JetBrains / WebStorm account and editor, but that is the IDE I used to create the files for this website. I see I can open the .html files with Visual Studio, but Sublime text doesn't come up as an option. For the .css files, when I click open, nothing happens.

Is there a way to somehow transfer the code into one of these text editors instead of copying and pasting into new Sublime Text files or VS files?
